Leigh and Lobe Earrings Return Policy

At Leigh and Lobe, we want you to love your handmade earrings. Because each pair is handcrafted with care, we handle returns with special attention to quality and hygiene.

Returns & Exchanges

• Earrings may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery if they arrive damaged or defective.

• For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on worn or used earrings.

• To initiate a return, please contact us at leighmatthews@yahoo.com, with your order number and a photo of the item (if damaged).

Refunds

• Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receipt.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Custom Orders

• Custom or personalized earring orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
